  1. Supported fish
  2. Butterfly folded
  3. Reclining butterfly
  4. Strapped hamstring stretch straight
  5. Strapped hamstring stretch to the same side as lifted leg
  6. Half happy baby
  7. Figure four
  8. Repeat 4-7 on second side
  9. Supported bridge
  10. Easy inversion
  11. Rest (savasana)
