The Pose – by – Pose:

  1. Easy inversion at the wall
  2. Straddle at the wall
  3. Cat / Cow
  4. Anahata
  5. Sphynx
  6. Bolster twist (right hip to bolster)
  7. Pigeon / Figure 4 (left side)
  8. Repeat 6-7 on second side
  9. Embryo
  10. Frog at the wall (feet pressing into the wall – either knees on floor or upside down if knees are sensitive)
  11. Child’s pose with bolster
  12. Strapped inversion (AKA zombie asana)
  13. Savasana
