The Pose – by – Pose:

  1. Seated meditation
  2. Table swaying
  3. Child’s pose (embryo)
  4. Anahata
  5. Right foot on left in child’s pose
  6. Sphynx / Seal
  7. Belly for 10 breaths
  8. Left foot on right in child’s pose
  9. Figure 4 (left side)
    • Rocking
    • Twist
  10. Pigeon or remain in figure 4
  11. Knock knees
  12. Repeat #9-11 on second side
  13. Savasana
