  3. Sphynx
  4. Janu sirsasana (left)
  5. Figure 4 (right)
  6. Figure 4 twist
  7. Side lying savasana (left)
  8. Cow-faced pose (right; option to keep lower leg extended)
  9. Repeat poses 4-8 on second side
  10. Stairway to heaven
