The Pose – by – Pose: 

  1. Seated meditation
  2. Child’s pose
  3. Lizard lunge (left)
  4. Seated side bend (left)
  5. Repeat poses 3-4 on second side
  6. Reclining butterfly (with strap around hips and feet)
  7. Savasana
