Restful Yoga 2014 – October #1

The Pose – by – Pose: 

  1. Wrist exercises & stretches
  2. Butterfly forward fold
  3. Butterfly on block (under bum)
  4. Half butterfly as home base (right knee bent)
  5. Strapped leg stretch
    • toes out
    • toes in
  6. IT band stretch
  7. Figure 4 twist
  8. Fallen deer (just one minute)
  9. Repeat poses 4-8 on second side
  10. Reclining hero / saddle
  11. Wrist circles
  12. Savasana
