  1. Easy inversion
  2. Table
  3. Cat / cows
  4. Anahata
  5. Supported child’s pose
  6. Bolster twist (right)
  7. Fallen warrior (right)
  8. Sphynx
  9. Shoulder stretch (left; from belly, arm to side, rolling left)
  10. Table – hip sways
  11. Repeat poses 6-10 on the second side
  12. Savasana
  13. Seated meditation
