The Pose – by – Pose: 

  1. Seated meditation
  2. Butterfly forward fold
  3. Easy inversion at the wall
  4. Gentle twist to the right
  5. Figure 4 to the left
  6. Repeat poses 4-5 on second side
  7. Straddle at the wall
  8. Savasana
