The Pose – by – Pose: 

  1. Seated meditation
  2. Butterfly forward fold
  3. Easy inversion at the wall
  4. Gentle twist to the right
  5. Figure 4 to the left
  6. Repeat poses 4-5 on second side
  7. Straddle at the wall
  8. Savasana

  1. Seated meditation – structure and witness
  2. Butterfly forward fold
  3. Half straddle forward fold left
  4. Low lunch / dragon left
  5. Pigeon / figure 4 left
  6. Child’s pose (in between sides)
  7. Repeat poses 3-5 on the second side
  8. Seated twist – knees to right, then left
  9. Straddle forward fold
  10. Savasana

  3. Bolster twist left
  4. Seated sidebend to the right
  5. Strapped right leg
  6. IT band twist (block strapping)
  7. Repeat poses 3-6 on second side
  8. Straddle forward fold
  9. Easy inversion
  10. Supported fish
  11. Savasana

  1. Seated meditation – hands are cups, right holds active thoughts and doing, left hand holds passive acceptance
  2. Butterfly forward fold
  3. Sidelying on bolster (left side)
  4. Twist over bolster at chest height to left
  5. Fish
  6. Twist over bolster at chest height to right
  7. Sidelying on bolster (right side)
  8. Easy inversion
  9. Strap leg (right)
  10. IT band twist (to left)
  11. Bolster twist (to left)
  12. Repeat steps 9-11 on second side
  13. Straddle forward fold
  14. Savasana

  1. Supported fish
  2. Left sidelying over bolster
  3. Sphynx
  4. Shoulder opening twist (looking right)
  5. Repeat steps 2-4 on second side
    • option to take sphynx to seal second time
  6. Straddle forward fold
  7. Savasana

  1. Seated meditation – remove the idea of fixing anything or becoming and just be
  2. Gentle twisting (seated with breath)
  3. Sidebend to left
  4. Left leg strapped (reclining)
  5. Left IT Band twist (reclining twist to right, releasing left IT band)
  6. Roll right to fetal position
  7. Repeat steps 3-6 on second side
  8. Straddle forward fold
  9. Savasana

  9. Savasana
