Restful Yoga 2015 – February #6

The Pose – by – Pose: 

  1. Seated meditation – structure and witness
  2. Butterfly forward fold
  3. Half straddle forward fold left
  4. Low lunch / dragon left
  5. Pigeon / figure 4 left
  6. Child’s pose (in between sides)
  7. Repeat poses 3-5 on the second side
  8. Seated twist – knees to right, then left
  9. Straddle forward fold
  10. Savasana
