Restful Yoga Teacher Training
a weekend intensive (16 hours)
at the Wonder Yoga in Arlington
Dive into the quieter practices of yoga. In this 16-hour module, yoga teachers will learn techniques to wind down vinyasa classes, spruce up the restorative side of their flow and restore, learn the benefits and methods of restorative yoga, and how to modify their teaching into a more gentle style. Participants will learn how restorative yoga works, how it differs from yin and gentle yoga, and gain a new, deeper understanding of savasana and its role as a baseline pose for restorative postures. This training will include both lecture and practice.
