Restful Yoga 2013 – September #1

The Pose – by – Pose:

  1. reclining butterfly (supta boddhakonasana)
  2. hamstring stretch with strap (i.e. left heel in line with left shoulder)
  3. hamstring stretch subtly across body with strap (i.e. left heel in line with right shoulder)
  4. figure four (reclining pigeon – left foot crossed over right thigh)
  5. figure four twist (keep left foot crossed over, tilt it over to the right)
  6. supine bolster twist (right hip at bolster, knees turned right, belly on bolster)
  7. repeat 2-6 on second side
  8. supported fish
  9. rest (savasana)
