The Pose – by – Pose:

  1. Seated meditation
  2. Seated neck stretches **
  3. Anahatasana
  4. Child’s pose
  5. Sphynx
  6. Belly to floor (rest)
  7. Table / Hip sways
  8. Lizard lunge / low dragon
  9. Supine Bolster Twist
  10. Table / Hip sways
  11. Repeat 8-10 on second side
  12. Frog or Straddle Split at wall
  13. Supported fish
  14. Rest (savasana)

 

**Seated neck stretches included:

  • Sit up tall
  • Head tilts right (to deepen: extend left hand to the left or rest right hand on top of head)
  • Repeat on left
