  6. Bolster twist (right hip to bolster)
  7. Pigeon / Figure 4 (left side)
  8. Repeat 6 & 7 on second side
  9. Embryo
  10. Frog at the wall
  11. Child’s pose with a bolster
  12. Strapped inversion
  13. Savasana
