The Pose – by – Pose: 

  1. Easy inversion
  2. Janu sirsasana (at the wall)
  3. Neutral in between
  4. Repeat pose 2 on second side
  5. Knees to chest
  6. Meditation
  7. Butterfly
  8. Table
  9. Anahata
  10. Child’s pose (arms back / embryo)
  11. Pigeon or figure 4 (both sides)
  12. Savasana
