Restful Yoga 2014 – June #6

The Pose – by – Pose: 

  1. Seated meditation on self gratitude
  2. Butterfly forward fold
  3. Supported fish
  4. Bolster twist (right hip to bolster)
  5. Half straddle (right knee bent)
  6. Bridge with left leg extended
  7. Repeat poses 4-6 on the second side in reverse order
  8. Full straddle at wall
  9. Side lying savasana
