  2. Nadhi shodanam
  3. Meditation
  4. Table / hip sways
  5. Anahata
  6. Sphynx / seal
  7. Crocodile
  8. Shoulder opening twist (left knee bent)
  9. Strapped leg stretch (left leg)
    • to side
    • knee circles
  10. Figure 4 at the wall
  11. Repeat poses 8-10 on second side
  12. Anahata with bent elbows
  13. Sphynx with neck angle change
  14. Legs up the wall
  15. Savasana
