Restful Yoga 2014 – August #2

The Pose – by – Pose: 

  1. Blocked bum butterfly (reclining)
  2. Seated neck stretch (left side; tilting right)
  3. Side bending (to left; right knee bent)
  4. Pigeon (left)
  5. Butterfly forward fold
  6. Repeat poses 2-4 on second side
  7. Supported butterfly (AKA stairway to heaven)
  8. Savasana
