The Pose – by – Pose: 

  1. Seated meditation (focus on breath)
  2. Bolster twist (left hip to bolster)
  3. Butterfly forward fold
  4. Seated side bend (to right)
  5. Bolster twist (right hip to bolster)
  6. Seated side bend (to left)
  7. Supported butterfly (stairway to heaven)
  8. Option to stay or transition to traditional savasana
