The Pose – by – Pose: 

  1. Ardha savasana
  2. Easy twist (right)
  3. IT band twist / stretch (left leg)
  4. Half reclining split (left leg extended)
  5. Figure 4 or figure 4 twist (left)
  6. Repeat poses 2-5 on second side
  7. Knee circles
  8. Savasana
  9. Butterfly forward fold
