Restful Yoga 2014 – November #4

The Pose – by – Pose: 

  1. Seated meditation
  2. Table sways
  3. Side body stretch over bolster (right side resting on bolster)
  4. Spinal twist with bolster at chest / shoulder height
  5. Fallen deer (left foot crossed over)
  6. IT band twist (right leg extended)
  7. Repeat poses 3-6 on second side
  8. Supported fish (on block or bolster)
  9. Savasana
