Restful Yoga 2015 – February #4

The Pose – by – Pose: 

  1. Seated meditation on breath
  2. Butterfly forward fold
  3. Bolster twist left
  4. Seated sidebend to the right
  5. Strapped right leg
  6. IT band twist (block strapping)
  7. Repeat poses 3-6 on second side
  8. Straddle forward fold
  9. Easy inversion
  10. Supported fish
  11. Savasana
