The Pose – by – Pose: 

  1. Seated meditation
  2. Anahata
  3. Supported child’s pose
  4. Janu sirsanana forward fold (left knee bent)
  5. Bolster twist (left hip)
  6. Fallen deer (left foot crossed over; right hip stretching)
  7. Table – hip sways
  8. Repeat poses 3-7 on second side
  9. Savasana
