Restful Yoga 2015 – February #1

followbreathThe Pose – by – Pose:

  1. Seated meditation – remove the idea of fixing anything or becoming and just be
  2. Gentle twisting (seated with breath)
  3. Sidebend to left
  4. Left leg strapped (reclining)
  5. Left IT Band twist (reclining twist to right, releasing left IT band)
  6. Roll right to fetal position
  7. Repeat steps 3-6 on second side
  8. Straddle forward fold
  9. Savasana
